The journey to becoming an MTO at Apon Bazaar was no ordinary feat. From a pool of over 1100 aspiring leaders, only 45 were deemed worthy to advance to the first round. This rigorous selection process underscored the company’s unwavering dedication to identifying individuals with the potential to drive transformative change.
The second round was an even more demanding challenge. A mere 11 candidates were selected to participate in a high-stakes simulation designed to replicate real-world boardroom scenarios. Armed with nothing but their intellect, strategic thinking, and innovative spirit, these exceptional individuals were tasked with developing and presenting their vision for the company's future.
The culmination of this intense competition revealed two outstanding individuals: Sabiha Saberi and Annesha Karim. Sabiha, with her international business acumen honed at Rhine-Waal University in Germany, and Annesha, equipped with a strong foundation in computer science from BRAC University and practical experience from BATB, have both demonstrated exceptional qualities of leadership and innovation.
