He also serves on the boards of Novo Integrated Sciences, Grameen Solutions, and has led ventures including K Bakery, Khulshi Mart, and Arcadia Assets Ltd.
Saif Rashid

Saif Rashid is a visionary social entrepreneur and CEO of Apon, an award-winning fintech platform improving industrial workers’ welfare through affordable products, healthcare, and insurance. A former leader at JITA Social Business, he is an Ashoka Fellow and Schwab Social Entrepreneur of the Year, with global recognition for creating sustainable, inclusive business models.

A seasoned marketing professional with 11+ years of experience in start-up operations, BoP development, partnerships, and worker wellbeing initiatives in Bangladesh. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager, he specializes in logistics, retail operations, and process optimization. Jahan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from BIM and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from Patuakhali Science and Technology University.
